Late Entries

  • 52km – Late entries will be accepted until March 27 for the 52km. From March 1 late entries will incur a $25 late entry fee.
  • All other events – Late entries will be accepted until race morning for all other events and will incur a late entry from March 14.
  • Entries must be received by March 10 to get a personalised race number.

Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to ALL 2021 Three Peaks Races, please read carefully:

  • Before Saturday Dec 30th 2020 – 75% entry fee refunded
  • Before Friday 31st January 2021 – 50% entry fee refunded
  • Before 29th February 2020 – 25% entry fee refunded
  • After 29th February 2020 – No refunds (see Covid-19 conditions below)
  • No refunds given if the event is cancelled for reasons outside of event organiser’s control (i.e. – extreme weather event)
  • COVID-19 Conditions – Race will take place under Alert level 1 or 2 Covid-19 restrictions. In the case of Alert level 3 or 4 the race will be postponed to a later date in 2021. You may defer your entry to 2022 or receive 75% refund. 

Transfer Policy

  • Runners can transfer their entry to another runner before Sunday 21st March 2021
  • No refund from Leith Harriers if transferring to a shorter distance.
  • Transfer is subject to remaining entries being available in the selected event.
  • Transfers can be transferred to 2022 only at organiser’s discretion

Registration, Gear Checks and Briefings

SUBJECT TO CHANGE IF IN LEVEL 2.

Registration and gear checks for Three Peaks Plus One 52km will be held on Saturday March 27th between 4:00 and 6:00 at the pavilion in Chingford Park.

All other events, registration and gear checks will also be held on Saturday October 10th between 4:00 and 6:00 at the pavilion in Chingford Park OR on Sunday morning beginning at 8:00 on Malvern St beside Woodhaugh Park.

Briefing for 52km will be held on Saturday 6pm. Briefing for other races will be held 8:45am on Sunday March 28th.

Prize Giving

SUBJECT TO CHANGE IF IN LEVEL 2.

Prize giving will be held at race finish line at Chingford Park. Times as follows:

2:30pm for the 11km and 26km events.

4:30pm for the 52km event.

NOTE: If you’re still running when prize giving takes place, you’re still eligible for spot prizes.
